Products

New Brychem Corporation is a well-known Dealer, Supplier of Acid Dyes & Reactive Dyes . The company is appreciated for the fact that its products have made possible efficient and cost-effective dyeing in different industrial applications.

Reactive Dyes

In a Reactive dye, a chromophore contains a substituent that reacts with the substrate. Reactive dyes have good fastness properties owing to the covalent bonding that occurs during dyeing. Reactive dyeing is the most important method for the coloration of cellulosic fibres. Reactive dyes form a new chemical compound when they come into contact with a fiber molecule. Reactive dyes are applied either from a solution with high pH or from neutral solutions that are later alkalized through a separate process.

Acid Dyes

The acid dyes are large dyes containing one or more sulfonic or carboxylic acid salt functional groups. These dyes are dyed onto fibers from acid solution, since positive charge development within the fiber in acid solutions acts as a driving force for dye diffusion and migration into the fiber. Only fibers which develop a positive charge in the presence of acid, such as wool, silk, and other protein fibers, nylon, and certain modified synthetics, are readily dyed by acid dyes.

Our Range Of Dyes

HE i.e. BIS Mono Chlorotriazine Dyes are reactive Dyes for Cellulosic Material & are designed to give high fixation by exhaust dyeing methods when applied at the temperature 75 – 90 degree Celsius.

“ME” Bifunctional Dyes  low temperature high exhaust Reactive Dyes suitable for Dyeing Padding and printing of all dyes of cellulosic material. These dyes offer high grade of all round fastness properties. They s ofce offer leveling properties and excellent alkalis stability. Fixation temperature of these dyes is60-45°c.

“P&H” are PRINTING Dyes which are meant for Printing an Cellulose Textiles by both Dyeing as well as Printing Methods. These Dyes are MONO CHLOROTRIAZINE reactive dyes having a low reactivity and low substantivity. Since these dyes have low reactivity, they require more severe conditions for fixation with cellulosic materials.

Reactive (M) Dyes are used for cotton and viscose. These dyes react with cellulose fibre to produce very brilliant shades. Due to certain leaving group which can undergo nucleophilic displacement with hydroxyl group of cellulose and thus gives us best results to fastness.
